Features

Everything you need to create and share your audio guides

From the creation studio to the visitor’s phone, every feature is designed for town, museum and tourist office teams, with no technical skills needed.

A timeline to sync voice and images

Each stop has its own timeline: the voiceover waveform, an ambient sound track and markers (text, images, videos, partner locations) that you place by dragging and dropping. Visitors see this content appear at the exact moment it is mentioned.

Markers are placed once in the working language. In other languages, they automatically adjust to the length of each voiceover.

For your visitors

A simple experience that works everywhere, with nothing to install.

No app to install

Visitors scan a QR code or open a link, and the guide opens in their browser. No account or download needed.

  • Works on iPhone and Android, in Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
  • Can be added to the home screen with your organization’s name and icon.
  • Visitors don’t need to register.

A player designed for tours

Audio keeps playing as visitors navigate, and images, text and videos appear in sync with the voice.

  • A mini-player that stays visible and controls on the lock screen.
  • Skip forward and back 15 seconds, speeds from 0.75× to 1.5×.
  • Photos with a slow zoom, captions and videos appearing at the right time.
  • Visitors can resume their tour where they left off.

Everything at your fingertips

Tours grouped by theme, search by name or stop number, favorites and sharing.

  • Theme filters: family, history, nature, art, express.
  • Find a stop by its number, as shown on a sign.
  • Favourites saved on the phone and stop sharing via a link.

GPS tour

Outdoors, the map shows the stops and automatically suggests the one the visitor has just reached.

  • Adjustable trigger radius for each point.
  • Test mode: simulate the visitor’s position from your desk.
  • Location is only used on the visitor’s device, with their consent.

Offline mode

Visitors download the tour before setting off and listen even without a connection.

  • Pages, voices, images and ambient sounds cached on the phone.
  • Ideal in forests, mountains or buildings with thick walls.

Accessible and comfortable

Every narration has a transcript highlighted as it plays, and the guide speaks the visitor’s language.

  • Synchronised transcript: read, listen, or do both.
  • Key text displayed over the image while listening.
  • Language detected automatically, with the option to change it at any time.

Creation studio

Create, narrate and translate your tours without technical skills.

A studio with a timeline

For each stop, bring together the voiceover, background music and the text, images, videos or places that appear at the right moment.

  • Voice waveform and markers to drag onto the timeline.
  • Adjustable display duration for each marker.
  • Live preview on a simulated phone.
  • Background audio for each tour or stop, with volume control beneath the narration.

An assistant to get you started

Create a tour in four guided steps: tour type, stops, scripts, then voices and languages in one click.

  • Estimated listening time as you write.
  • Track voiceover and translation progress for each language.
  • “Getting started” checklist for a new organization.

Generated or recorded voice-overs

Generate a natural-sounding voiceover from your text, or import your own recordings.

  • One voice for the whole organisation.
  • The studio flags voices that need regeneration when text has changed.
  • “Update all” regenerates an entire tour in one click.

Multilingual in a few clicks

Use AI to translate a stop or an entire tour from your working language, then review and adjust each text.

  • Nine languages: French, German, Italian, English, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese.
  • Voice-over generated in each language.
  • Timeline cues automatically realigned for each voiceover.

Publishing and QR codes

Attract visitors and highlight your partners.

Dynamic QR codes

One QR code per tour, stop or poster. Change its destination at any time: even printed codes will point to the new destination.

  • Print-ready A4 sheet, plus PNG and SVG files for your printer.
  • Each stop’s QR code is available directly in the studio.
  • A disabled code leads to the guide’s home page, never to an error.

Every scan counts

Track each QR code separately: find out which poster or sign works best.

  • Scans by day and hour, unique visitors.
  • Visitors’ devices, operating systems and languages.
  • Destination history, before and after a change.

Points of interest

Showcase partner shops, restaurants and venues along the tour, with photos and contact details.

  • Phone, email, website and directions in one tap.
  • Shown on the map, under “Discover nearby”, and at the right moment during playback.
  • Contact detail clicks are tracked for partner reporting.

Statistics

Useful figures for managing and reporting, without personal data.

Statistics without personal data

Visitors, listens, completion rates, languages and most-listened-to stops, all in a built-in dashboard.

  • Built-in measurement with no third-party analytics: no IP address kept, no visitor accounts.
  • Tour progress: see where visitors drop off.
  • Devices and operating systems used over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Where your visitors come from

Each visit is linked to its source: QR code, direct access, search engine, social media, referring site or campaign.

  • Referring sites ranked by number of visitors.
  • Measured campaigns: posters, newsletters or social posts, thanks to tracking links.
  • The equivalent of Matomo, right in your studio.

White label

Your brand, your address, your team.

Your branding

Your logo, your colour, your typography and your tagline: the guide is yours.

  • Fully white-label, with no third-party logos in the guide.
  • Eight fonts and three corner styles, with a live preview.
  • Name and icon of the installed app, in your organization’s colors.

Your web address

A subdomain ready to use straight away, or your own domain name, such as visite.ma-commune.ch.

  • Step-by-step DNS record guide with one-click verification.
  • HTTPS certificate included.
  • Need help? Our team is here to help.

Your team, your organisations

Invite colleagues with the right roles and manage multiple organisations from one account.

  • Owner, administrator and editor roles.
  • Switch between organizations in one click.
  • Images automatically optimised on upload for a fast mobile guide.

Security and Switzerland

Minimal data collection by design.

Switzerland and the revised FADP

A Swiss platform, hosted in Switzerland, designed in accordance with the Federal Act on Data Protection.

  • Content, media and statistics stored in Switzerland.
  • No account needed to visit, and no IP addresses stored.
  • AI service providers listed transparently.

Integrations, for your technical teams

None of this is needed to get started. If you have an IT department, it can connect the guide to your analytics tools or to an AI assistant.

Powered by your AI assistant

Connect Claude or another MCP-compatible assistant: it can create, edit and translate your tours and view your statistics, using your permissions.

  • Personal, named keys that can be revoked at any time.
  • Step-by-step connection guide with a command ready to copy.
  • Example: “Translate the old town tour into Italian.”

Your tools, too

Add your own analytics tool, pixel or chat widget for the entire organization or a single tour.

  • Matomo, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixel or chat.
  • A page-view event provided for analytics tools.
  • For administrators only, with a reminder about consent.
